Using FitBy40

FitBy40 is a wellness and self-reflection service that offers a life assessment, coaching prompts, fitness planning, activity tracking, and community features. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, keep your account credentials secure, and do not interfere with the service or other users.

Not medical care or emergency support

FitBy40 is not medical care. The assessment, AI output, fitness and meal plans, activity tracking, and community content are general wellness information—not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency guidance. Do not use them to delay care. If you may have an emergency, call your local emergency number now. For symptoms, injury, pregnancy, a medical condition, or eating concerns, seek advice from an appropriately qualified clinician before changing exercise or nutrition.

AI and Health Connect features

AI features are powered by Z.AI's GLM service and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable output. Review suggestions critically and do not submit information you do not want processed for coaching. The Android Health Connect feature may read only the permissions you approve for steps, active calories burned, and exercise minutes; see the Privacy Notice for details.

Community conduct

You are responsible for content you post. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, private, or harmful content. Do not present community or AI content as professional medical advice. We may remove content or restrict accounts consistent with the finalized moderation process and applicable law.

Accounts, export, and deletion

You may request a copy of available account data while signed in and may permanently delete your account using the in-product confirmation flow. Deletion and export operate on the records described in the Privacy Notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, protect users, or maintain the service.

Service changes and contact

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by [JURISDICTION], the service is provided without warranties and liability limitations must be finalized by counsel. For support, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL OR SUPPORT URL].

Changes to these terms
